Intuitive Energy Healing & Reiki

Quantum physics and ancient mystic traditions tell the same story: the Universe and everything in it, including the human body, is made up of energy. We are electromagnetic beings, each with our own unique vibration. Whether we realize it or not, we manipulate energy with our consciousness, intentions, thoughts, and beliefs. Energy healing is the practice of using this power to optimize our well-being in a host of different ways.

Energy healing modalities amplify and direct this energetic life force (chi or prana in Eastern traditions), helping to clear blockages that have led to negative patterns, behaviors, and other limitations. Reiki, in particular, involves a channeling of this sacred force to rewire the most complex system we have -- the central nervous system. Because the CNS extends to every organ and tissue in the body, the mind exists here too; the two (mind and body) are inextricably linked. Reiki is often practiced directly through a gentle laying-on of hands, but it can be sent from anywhere; in fact, distance sessions are just as effective.

I work with clients intuitively, letting myself be guided by the innate wisdom that reveals itself during a session. I am a Master Teacher in the Usui lineage of Reiki and I am also trained in the practices of Access Consciousness and Heartlight Healing.
